“Sages Day Success”
The first UPCI Sages Day, held on March 1st, was a wonderful success and a meaningful celebration of the wisdom, faithfulness, and dedication of the senior saints within the church. The special day was designed to highlight and honor **Sages—members who are 55 years of age and older—**by encouraging their active participation and leadership in various church activities and ministries.
Throughout the day, services and events were led by or featured Sages, allowing the congregation to witness the invaluable experience, spiritual maturity, and steady faith that these seasoned believers bring to the body of Christ. Their testimonies, leadership, and involvement served as an inspiration to younger generations and a reminder that God continues to use every stage of life for His purpose. The event created a spirit of unity and appreciation across the church, as members celebrated the lifelong commitment of these faithful individuals.
Under the direction of Mary McKay, the UPCI Sages Day Director, the inaugural Sages Day was thoughtfully organized and carried out with excellence. Her leadership helped ensure that the day was both uplifting and impactful. The success of this first observance has generated excitement and anticipation for future Sages Day celebrations, establishing it as a meaningful tradition that honors the contributions and continuing ministry of the church’s elder generation.

Ironwood honored their Sagers and gave out seed packets to each one. It was such a neat idea! They said because of the seeds of faith the Sages had planted, the church was growing today. They referred to Psalms 92 about those planted in the house of God flourishing and bearing fruit in old age.
In Texas, Sages were honored with a flower. What a beautiful gesture!

Excellent Sages Day at Calvary - Springfield. Former church planter Tony Wyatt did an excellent job, as did the Sages Ensemble.
This Aircraft, the C-141 A and B Cargo Aircraft was my mission as a Crew Chief and other duties, was the center of my life for 18 years as an Enlisted member of the United States Air Force. I helped keep em flying, and serviced it on a daily basis.
It's what our life with Jesus is supposed to be. Serving HIM, BY ALWAYS WORSHIPPING HIM, AND sharing the real Jesus with the rest of the lost in this world. He saved my life and delivered me from addictions. I owe everything to HIM. IN JESUS NAME!!
The villages of western Alaska, and indeed, all of Alaska, are an opportunity for missionary work and evangelism. If you feel the Lord calling you to mission work, rural Alaska may be the place to fulfill your calling. There is a great need for teachers. This is a Sages Opportunity! Each village in Alaska has a school with certified teachers. The Lower Kuskokwim School District, headquartered in Bethel, Alaska, has over 100 teachers from the Philippines because not enough U.S. teachers have applied.
If you believe this may be where the Lord is directing you, call Pastor Lorin Bradbury, Pastor of Bethel United Pentecostal Church, 907-545-1945 for more information.
Interested in missions? This is an open mission field for school teachers who would like to be missionaries. The school district provides housing for the teacher. The village is an instant mission field. The church in Bethel, Alaska, could provide support by sending ministers for fellowship and encouragement.
If you believe this may be where the Lord is directing you, call Pastor Lorin Bradbury, Pastor of Bethel United Pentecostal Church, 907-545-1945 for more information. Below is a picture of one of the church congregations launched by Pastor Bradbury. Sage-agers, like Caleb, you sought an opportunity, saying, "Give me this mountain."
